To Fry the Lentils:
Heat Oil ( Vegetable or Canola ) in a pan on your stove top
When the oil is nice and hot
Drop the pappadam as shown in the short video
It should take 3- 5 seconds to fry
Use a frying spoon or tongs to remove from Oil ..
Leave to drain on a paper towel...
